Welcome to the Petricious Healthy Pet Autoship program!
Please read this information carefully before placing any orders. You will be asked if you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Petricious healthy pet Autoship program as set forth in this Terms of Sales and Service (“Agreement”). By checking the Autoship option button at checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement which, along with the understanding of the mutual promises You and We make to each other, then becomes a binding contract between Petricious, (hereinafter “We”, “Us” or “Our”) and You.
Healthy Pet Auto-Ship is FREE and totally for your convenience. You can choose to receive automatic shipments of either every 30 days, 60 days, 90 days supply. Here is how it works:

Receive FREE Shipping as long as the auto-ship is active.
You have the peace of mind that there will not be a break in your pet’s health program and you will automatically be shipped a fresh supply each time!
You are the boss!
You can pause, cancel or change your shipment date anytime by phone, email or online.
Your first order will include your FREE Special Report and the basics on how to manage your account.
Your next shipment will be automatically processed every 30, 60, 90 or 180 days (depending on which configuration you selected).
Any price decreases will be applied automatically. There will never be a price increase without at least 30 days notification.
If for some reason we cannot process your order (for example if your credit card is expired), then our Customer Care department will contact you.
If you ever receive a shipment that you do not want, you can return it within 30 days for a full product price credit.
All active Healthy Pet Auto-Ship customers receive exclusive special offers, including up to 40% off all new products.
Most of our products are offered in varying packages for purchase as follows:
1-Month Supply, 2-month, 3-month, 6-Month
You can select any of the above options on our order page.
Please note: Some products will not be available on 6 month orders due to our Freshness Guarantee
You will receive a (30, 60, 120, 180) day supply of our product, and enrollment in our Healthy Pet Auto-ship Program, which sends you a fresh supply of our product at just the right time at a 10% discount over the original price you paid plus Free Shipping. If you feel our product is not for you or your pet, simply call the CS Number within 30 days from the day you order and we will cancel future shipments. You are under no long term obligation and you can cancel at any time

Please note- You will need to call at least 1 week prior to the next shipment date to avoid receiving a fresh new supply.
In order to obtain your full refund, contact customer service by phone at 1-800-863-7195 or email at email@example.com and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside and the inside of the shipping package, and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date your product was originally delivered. In order for your full refund to be processed, the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank’s speed of processing.

Order details are processed 24-48 hours after you input your order and your charge is accepted. This is done to ensure the accuracy of the address and give time for you or Petricious to contact the you if the address comes back incorrect from our fulfillment center. The most you should wait for a US domestic shipping time is 5-10 business days using USPS Parcel Post Mail.
IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for orders that are stolen off porches after the products are delivered. If you live in an area where this could be an issue, PLEASE request signature confirmation or acquire a PO Box for delivery.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or nonperformance of this Agreement caused by strike, fire or accidents, nor shall either party be liable for delay or nonperformance caused by lack of availability of materials, fuel or utilities or for any other cause beyond its control.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Our prior written consent.
TERM OF AGREEMENT
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or for no reason.
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER RECORDS AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED THROUGH THE SITE OR SERVICES OFFERED BY US. FURTHER, YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR REQUIREMENTS UNDER ANY STATUTES, REGULATIONS, RULES, ORDINANCES OR OTHER LAWS IN ANY JURISDICTION, WHICH REQUIRE AN ORIGINAL SIGNATURE OR DELIVERY OR RETENTION OF NON-ELECTRONIC RECORDS.
