Here is how it works:

Please send your product back so that it arrives in our facility within 90 days of the date that you ordered. Once we receive, we will process it for a full refund of the product price.

Please follow the 3 steps below
Step #1
Call Customer service at 1-800-863-7195 to get a Return Authorization number (RAN)

Step #2
Put the product used or unused in a box and include the RAN number on the inside and the outside of the box to ensure proper credit.

Step #3
Mail the package, and once we receive the package, you will be refunded within 5 business days. Please note that the credit may not appear on your bank statement till the following month depending on your billing cycle.
